We kick off our program with the first week of Onboarding with an opportunity to get to know your new team members and get familiar with our company and what we’re all about.

Before we get deep into coding, we want to share some other things that are incredibly important for your future as a developer. We will teach the concepts like “Growth Mindset” and “Learning How to Learn” that will set the stage for a lifetime of improvement. Along with this, being able to communicate, be it through writing or presenting, will also be skills that will be invaluable for any profession but especially as a software engineer.
